Organic food and zero-kilometer products are the two pillars on which CiBìo is based. Bio products are purchased from a Bergamo agricultural company, while items that are not zero-kilometer, such as jams, chocolate, and creams, come from fair-trade labels. For beverages, the selection is wide and ranges from fruit drinks to craft beers to local wine and herbal teas. The owner, Francesca, is an architect and designed the shop's interior, which was then built by a non-profit organization: CiBìo is entirely eco-sustainable!
