The sweet treat of the Italian Capital of Culture Bergamo Brescia 2023 The Capab Consortium of Bergamo Artisan Pastry Chefs and the CPA Consortium of Brescia Artisan Pastry Chefs launched a collaboration with the aim of creating a sweet that would be emblematic of the Italian Capital of Culture Bergamo Brescia 2023. Thanks to the creativity of master pastry chefs, a recipe was born that highlights the distinctive characteristics of both territories. The new creation combines the characteristic sweets of the two cities, the Bossolà, a typical sweet from Brescia, and La Tùrta del Donizét, from Bergamo.
