The challenge linked to the world of Bergamo wine-making by the Rota brothers today bears the name "Gaudes" (from Latin, "to enjoy something"): a name dedicated to their Valcalepio wines, produced since 1995 under the company's flagship brand "Villa Domizia". The secret in itself is simple: they wanted to interpret the art of selecting and pairing grapes, never forgetting the emotions that a glass of wine should evoke.
