Rustikal is a place dedicated to hospitality and well-being, where by understanding the potential of each ingredient, its character is respected and its nature enhanced through expertise, study and method. In this way concepts are transformed into dishes that reach our guests without expressing words, but rather in an edible, enjoyable form comprehensible only through the senses.
