In the heart of Piazza Mascheroni, a Renaissance jewel of Bergamo Alta, the culinary tradition of the place meets a tradition of dining that from generation to generation has reflected the care, preparation, sensitivity and attention given to every aspect of the business, from the sourcing of ingredients to the preparation of dishes to customer service. All of this is now carried forward by Rosy, who grew up in a family of restaurateurs, with her Bergamo-born mother Rina and Roman father Nunzio, who have been restaurateurs since 1955. The cuisine is a true interpretation of Bergamo cooking with Roman touches that traditionally uses zero-kilometer products from small local businesses, with handmade fresh pasta and most dishes prepared by hand, all specialties the family has always been known for.
