The DON LUIS restaurant has been run since 1974 by the same family, first by Mrs. Enrica Schileo, and today by Loris Ferro and Ezio Battaglia with Wally Ferro, who manage the second generation of the establishment in an atmosphere of warm familiarity, known and appreciated by the people of Bergamo. The cuisine is traditional in style and relies on the daily market, on what the sea and land have to offer, but above all by prioritizing what is seasonal. Over all these years there has been a continuous evolution, discovering new flavors alongside the more traditional ones. The takeout and home delivery menu consists of a selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts prepared with care and using seasonal ingredients.
