Ponte di Briolo ---
For five generations, the Assolari family has managed this establishment, recognized as a historic venue with an entry in the Lombardy Regional Register of Historic Commercial Places. The earliest records of the restaurant date back to 1876 under the name Antica Trattoria Ponte di Briolo. The current restaurant is run by Augusto, who since 1988 has transformed it while never forgetting the traditions of Bergamo cuisine and managing to maintain high quality in the new dishes he proposes; these, especially seafood dishes, highlight genuine flavors. Ponte di Briolo brings a selection of its dishes to your home: the offerings include fish and meat dishes and a selection of desserts. Great attention is paid to raw materials and seasonal ingredients.
