Molino Nicoli ---

The Nicoli family moved to Costa di Mezzate in the 1950s and in the 1970s began their business by producing polenta flour for mass distribution. In 1992 they started producing cereals and cornflakes, then took the big step in the early 2000s with "gluten-free" products, and in 2018 with "allergen free" ones. In 2015 they participated in EXPO as a representation of Italian companies. Since 2016 they have obtained certification for a controlled and short supply chain of corn, which is 100% Italian.
