Cesare and Simone, known to everyone simply as Cece and Simo, met as cooks a few years ago, working behind the stoves of a well-known Bergamo restaurant and, amid pots and pans, sharing a passion for cooking and good food, a great friendship was born. A rapport that transformed into a true professional relationship when in 2001 they decided they were old enough to make their mark in the city, convinced that professionalism, experience and an innate love for good food would guide them in the right direction. And so it was.
