Le Driadi Slow Farm ---

The ingredients of the "Le Driadi Slow Farm" Agricultural Company are simple: to reclaim abandoned vineyards and care for the land, its fruits and thus the landscape that surrounds us, with the goal of creating wine made from spontaneous fermentations according to the natural vinification cycle. From their vineyards the following are produced: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscato di Scanzo, Marzemino, Barbera, Moscato Giallo, Moscato Bianco, Malvasia and Bronner. The company opens by appointment only, preferably on weekends.
