Latteria Sociale Montana di Scalve ---

The dairy cooperative today owns more than 500 dairy cows, raised with care and love that allow it to process daily over 50 quintals of milk. Located in Vilmaggiore, in the lush Valle di Scalve, in the province of Bergamo, the cooperative has developed extensive experience in artisanal production. The headquarters, which still houses the cheese factory and shop today, was built in 1978 and since then the machinery has become increasingly technological to improve the production processes that tradition has carried through to our days.
