Always attentive to respecting nature, "L'Alveare" has been recognized as an organic agricultural enterprise since 2000 (ICEA certification body) and is highlighted by Slow Food for the quality of its products, particularly for its honey and wine. After years of quiet rest, the company has brought new life to a centuries-old vineyard: an ancient passion that has returned to flourish in an Italian variety, certainly not native to the area, the Rebo (named after the famous Alto Adige enologist, Rebo Rigotti, derived from a cross of the Teroldego and Merlot grape varieties). Honey and Wine: enzymes, vitamins and many mineral salts. But also a drop of intoxicating joy, await the most discerning palates to the sound of honey and wine: sweetness and passion.
