La Carbonella ---

A passion for cooking and good food has always been in the heart and mind of the Manzi brothers. Their parents owned a restaurant in Naples. In 2009, after the premises of the Ristorante Piemontese in front of Bergamo station were closed, they opened La Carbonella, a restaurant pizzeria on via Broseta. The cuisine is Tuscan in style (including grilled specialties) alongside the traditional Neapolitan pizza that the Manzi brothers have never abandoned. Bread, filled pastas, cakes and biscuits are homemade.
