Elidor is an artisanal pastry shop where, having no large machinery or mixers, everything is mixed and prepared by hand by Silvia. The freshest raw materials are used, restocked weekly. The pastry shop loves collaborating with local producers and businesses whenever possible, and otherwise always prefers small businesses run by people passionate about their craft. Discovering and showcasing the stories behind the excellence products of our country is a priority for them. In 2024, the pastry shop was included in the Gambero Rosso guide to Italy's best bars, earning two chicchi and two cups.
