Dolci sogni ---

The project of the Calimero Social Cooperative takes place simultaneously within Bergamo's House of Detention and throughout the Valle Seriana territory. The goal is to meet the need for qualified work for inmates at the city's House of Detention, offering people restricted in their freedom employment that, once their sentence is served, can be leveraged in terms of job opportunities in the regular labor market. Thus the Internal Bakery activity was launched, in whose laboratory a line of baked goods was created called Dolci sogni liberi. Among these stand out shortbread cookies made with cane sugar, flours and chocolate from fair trade markets, cookies made with honey from Mexico and those with walnuts and hazelnuts from Madagascar.
