A distribution that has come from Sorisole to the most renowned restaurants and to the tables of Italians who love to nourish themselves every day with dishes prepared using unique and carefully selected ingredients, without preservatives and artificial colorings, such as prized flour, breadcrumbs from an exclusive shop in Milan and meat from their own production. A km0 laboratory which, in 2012, was awarded the recognition of "Historic Business" by the Lombardy Region, a merit that has certainly borne its fruits. To attest to all this "Absolute Quality," it was Michelin-starred Chef Chicco Cerea himself who, by "christening" the new production laboratory, confirmed the exceptionality of these products. And so, once again "Made in Bergamo" has made history.
