The family-run brewery was founded in the summer of 2009 and produces unfiltered, unpasteurized craft beer without any additives or preservatives. It started with a 1000-liter facility equipped with 4 fermentation and maturation tanks, which over the years have grown to 8, including 2 tanks of 2000 liters each. The brewery is equipped with a photovoltaic system that produces more energy than it consumes, reducing costs while pursuing an environmentally sustainable business approach. Since 2015, production has reached 90,000 liters annually, with bottles available in 33 cl and 75 cl sizes as well as kegs. The brewery has received numerous awards at national and international level, thanks to its success in major craft beer competitions and through Slow Food recognition.
