Sant'Egidio Agricultural Farm is located in the basin of Fontanella di Sotto il Monte Giovanni XXIII, in the province of Bergamo, with a wonderful privileged view over the Padana plain. It extends over three hectares of terraced vineyards on the slopes of Monte Canto, plus an area cultivated with olives from which a small production of highly fragrant extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the 4 cultivars typical of the Lombardy lakes: Pendolino, Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio. The farm is family-run and aims at safeguarding the territory and producing quality products. Managed with organic methods, here all operations from winter pruning to harvest are carried out manually, with absolute control of yield per hectare and quality, to obtain grapes
