The farm, run as a family business, is situated on 35 hectares of land cultivated with forage, intended for feeding the 70 cattle, half of which are in production year-round. The cattle are raised in accordance with animal welfare standards and produce approximately 700 liters of milk per day, destined for cheese production in the adjoining dairy. Cheese production is powered by a photovoltaic system that ensures near self-sufficiency in terms of electricity and hot water supply. All cheeses are produced with unpasteurized milk in order to preserve the natural flavor of the territory.
