Az.Agr.Della Fara was founded in 2012 in San Giovanni Bianco (BG) and immediately specialized in cultivating wild herbs typical of the Prealpi Orobiche, with the goal of rediscovering and enhancing ancient flavors that have always been part of the local gastronomic tradition. Wild herbs such as Good Henry (Paruch, wild mountain spinach), Wild Garlic, Silene Vulgaris, Alpine Artichoke, Wild Hops (Loertis), Rhubarb and many others, are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, and then transformed into original and innovative products.
