Villa Faccanoni ---

An emblem of Liberty style in Sarnico, Villa Faccanoni was built by architect Giuseppe Sommaruga in 1907. The "bachelor's villa" is situated right on the shore of Lake Iseo and is visible only from the lake. Surrounded by an extensive Mannerist garden, the villa features a high base, staircases, windows and balconies arranged in an asymmetrical perspective decorated with two rows of concrete bas-reliefs and pastel-colored ceramics.
