Val Vertova ---

Nestled within the treasure chest of Val Seriana, you will find this natural jewel that stretches for about 12 km among the Cavlera, Suchello and Alben mountains. Cars are banned: to penetrate into the heart of Val Vertova you will have to go on foot, following paths and mule tracks: but don't worry, the main route is easy! And it's also definitely scenic: it runs alongside the stream that winds through several small waterfalls and sparkling natural pools carved into the dolomitic rock, called "giants' pots".
