At the "Dahlak" restaurant you will find traditional dishes from Eritrea, a state in northeastern Africa. The adventure of Haimanot and Andom began more than 17 years ago: born as a restaurant present at various festivals in the Bergamo and Brescia areas to introduce Eritrean cuisine, since 2006 it has been a fixture in the Borgo Palazzo district for discovering their traditions and tasting their typical cuisine.
