At an elevation of 1265m, Resegone is among the list of easily accessible mountain huts and is managed by the Valle Imagna subsection of the CAI. With about an hour's walk from Brumano (trail 587) or from the nearby village of Fuipiano (trail 578), you reach the refuge while admiring the Valle Imagna, narrow and winding but lush, where human intervention is barely visible. The facility has 20 beds and 100 seats in the restaurant: 60 inside and 40 outside. Management is entrusted to volunteer CAI members of the subsection: divided into seven groups, each team specializes in a signature dish that they prepare when at the refuge.
