WWF Oasis Valpredina and Misma Special Conservation Area ---

Located in Valpredina, near Cenate Sopra, you'll find a beautiful protected area that spans 90 hectares across both the southern slope of Monte Misma (Comunità Montana dei Laghi Bergamaschi) and Val Seriana. It's an oasis to experience in many ways: for an in-depth nature visit, for a hike, or simply for a pleasant day surrounded by nature. Awaiting you are a Visitor Center, a guesthouse, and an easy circular trail equipped with informational panels. The highlights of this path, particularly suitable for families and school groups, are the educational ponds, the butterfly garden, the composting area, the organic garden, medicinal plants, and the wildlife area. The oasis is also a Wild Animal Recovery Center that cares for wildlife.
