Nature Oasis at Passo del Pertus ---

Pertus is located at an altitude of 1193 meters and can be reached thanks to numerous trails that climb from both sides. It is also called Passo degli Spagnoli because from this pass, in 1528, Spanish troops crossed through to liberate Lecco from enemy siege. From the summit, your gaze can lose itself in a breathtaking panorama, following the ridges of the peaks that characterize the Lombard Alps: from the lecchese summits of Resegone, Grigne and Pizzo dei Tre Signori, to, on clear days, the peaks of Monte Rosa, famous for its east face, the one with the highest prominence of the Alps and the only one with Himalayan dimensions. At Forcella Alta, just below Monte Tesoro, lies the small lake of Pertus, enclosed by a fence, and nearby has been built
