Cheese-making workshop with a view of Presolana ---

In the heart of the Bergamo Orobie mountains, in the shadow of the Presolana massif, Fattoria della Felicità teaches you how to prepare your own cheese. WHAT TO EXPECT You will make your own fresh cheese with the help of farmers who will guide you step by step through the cheese-making process and explain the phenomena that lead to cheese formation. During the time needed for the cheese to form, you will visit the farm's stables. If you choose the 10:00 am time slot, after the cheese-making class you will enjoy lunch at the agriturismo with a complete menu including water, dessert and coffee. Alternatively, if you choose the 2:30 pm time slot, after the cheese-making class you will enjoy a rich aperitif (cold cuts and cheeses board, water, wine, dessert and coffee).
