From coffee that is ground and roasted in-house, to delicious croissants and the famous gelato: La Pasqualina satisfies every craving and, most importantly, everything is made here in the shop's own laboratory. Owner Riccardo Schiavi is very attentive to nutrition and the selection of raw materials used in production, and his continuous research and passion have earned him the prestigious Gambero Rosso certification as one of the best 30 bars in Italy for 2018. But this is not the only ingredient that Riccardo considers so important: above all, there are the customers, and his goal is to make them feel at home, guaranteeing them unique and high-quality products.
