In April 2018, the first multi-service office in the tourism sector was established in Bergamo by Marcella Colombo, former Quality Manager for Alpitour S.P.A., and created with the help of Valentina Scarpellini, Hospitality Host Assistant. Key Deposit aims to support Holiday Home and B&B owners by offering interesting services, including: home check-in, training courses for new hosts, bureaucratic support, and complete opening and management of tourist properties. Furthermore, thanks to collaboration with numerous tourism businesses, Key Deposit supports valued tourists with transfer services to and from the airport, car rental, e-bike and electric scooter rental, ticketing for amusement parks (Gardaland, Leolandia, Caneva), and organized walking and cycling tours.
