BambùBio is a company founded by Marianna Ziliati, who in 2014, after discovering a new food during a trip to China with her sister Cinzia, established a bamboo plantation producing edible shoots in Treviglio, in the province of Bergamo. BambùBio has very specific objectives: to provide customers with a product that is good, healthy, and above all unparalleled. Ours is a bamboo plantation boasting over 2,000 plants, all cultivated with organic products and therefore without the use of pesticides or chemical agents. The bamboo plant produces an edible shoot rich in nutrients, but only for two months a year, from March to May.
