Our Balcony in the Sun is a studio apartment located on the third floor, completely renovated in 2023, with a separate kitchenette. A large window opens onto an equipped balcony overlooking a public park. Light is the element that will strike you when you enter. A bathroom with a shower with a view, yet discreet, toilet and bidet complete the structure.
