Solid, like all things from Bergamo, the company combines wine production and aging with visitor hospitality. Divided into three sections for processing, storage and tasting, the winery is split between large steel tanks for white wines and wooden barrels for red wines and wines meant for aging. Along the walls, 240,000 bottles produced each year are preserved and refined, awaiting to be savored by enthusiasts, tasters or simply wine lovers. Every Tallarini wine derives its great quality already in the vineyards: low yield, search for the perfect harvest moment, manual selection of grape bunches. Technique and tradition ensure the best final result: small wooden barrels, barriques and tonneaux for the great wines; steel for the white wines.
