AGIAT (Association of Tourist Guide Interpreters and Escorts) was founded in 1993, within the Bergamo Archaeological Group (established in 1973), one of the first cultural associations in the city with an educational and cultural mission. We are a group of tour guides – all professionally qualified – diverse in background and training but all united by our love for and study of our beautiful city and our desire to tell its story, to make it known for its curiosities, its history and its traditions.
